It's summer time and the heat is on! What better way to escape the city heat than a few days vacation at the country's premier tourist destination with cool weather whole year round.

Baguio city is a prime tourist destination and aside from the cool weather, there are several highlights to see and things to do, and yes, the food trippers haven! Since it's a premier tourist destination only 6 to 7 hours bus ride or drive away from Manila, one must set aside some budget just like most tourist places.  Food is reasonably affordable, hotels are a bit costly, the cool weather is free!

Most visitors though have discovered a way to cut down some costs, and even with several hotels around the city, there still exist some shortage for a place to to stay. Enter the transient houses!
