Baguio Traveller's House - Transient House in Baguio City

Minimalist white spacious house.

This is the first of several series of "Alternative Budget Accommodations" in Baguio City - Transient House Series.

Baguio Traveller's House has two house units for small to big groups.  In total, they can accommodate up to 40 persons maximum capacity.  Both houses are located at the foggy Quezon Hill, a bit away from the crowded city proper but never too far.  It can be easily reached in few minutes either via the public transport or the inexpensive taxis.

The first house called BTH2.0 is the new minimalist 2-story contemporary-designed house, very spacious, clean, white, relaxing, with balconies and large glass panel offering a fantastic view of the mountains. The gated garage parking can accommodate 2 vans, above it through the stairs is the big open chill-out terrace adorned with upcycled wooden benches, where guests can relax, have a beer or hot beverages.

Entrance to the house is the equipped kitchen & bar area so guests can cook their own meals, small flight of stairs leads to the lounge area with 32" flat panel TV with cable channels, One small room beside it and the first bathroom/toilet.

Another flight of stairs leads to the sleeping rooms, a wide corridor with coffee table corner, sit and enjoy the view facing the mountains through its ceiling to floor glass panes.

There are 3 bedrooms on this level of the house.  One large room with ensuite bathroom, two double-size double decks made of mahogany wood, white bedsheets and double sized fleece blankets on each bedding.  Builtin cabinets and a teak wood table.  This big room is good for 8 - 10 persons.

Beside it is the middle room with bedding frames made of upcycled wooden crates, white bed sheets and fleece blankets, built-in cabinets.

The third room has double deck - king-size below and single on top, and another single bed, white bedsheets and comfy fleece blankets, built-in cabinets.

Third Room  for 4 - 5 persons.

The minimalist 2-story house of Baguio Traveller's House is located at Sunnyside Fairview, Quezon Hill. 

Approx. 5 – 7 minutes drive or by jeepney (fare P8.50) or taxi (fare approx. P70) from/to city center - Session Road, Burnham Park, SM Mall, Bus Terminal. Coyeesan Plaza / Puregold Supermarket is only 4 m inutes drive or a long distance walk.  

Lourdes Grotto and Tamawan Village is about 5 minutes drive or jeepney ride away, you can even walk!
